With Onedrive would have to be pulled via the sharing mechanism always the new version manually. I think I know that Windows specifically uses the WebDAV protocol when mapping a drive in Windows to OneDrive, which would mean that this would also be usable in IOSKeePass in the Cloud Backup settings section. I chose the WebDAV protocol at the time because it is a protocol standard since 1996 and described in RFC 4918,this is supported by many providers such as Google, AWS private cloud providers, etc.
I myself use a private cloud of our company of the type NextCloud, works great!
This means that all cloud storage providers that support the WebDAV protocol are supported by IOSKEEPASS. IOSKEEPASS currently only supports saving data to the cloud using WebDAV Protocol.
